WantHair is an app that uses AI to show you in advance whether the hairstyle you want will suit you. Take a front photo or choose one from your gallery, pick the style you want, and the AI shows you a result that changes only your hairstyle and leaves your face as it is. You can also get a Hair Consulting Report (available in Korea only) that measures your face shape and tells you which hairstyles suit you and which to avoid.

Letting us know your device model and the screen where the problem occurred helps us assist you faster. If you contact us from the App through Profile → Contact us → Email us, your support code, app version, and device are included in the email automatically.
Q. Do I need to sign up?
No. You can use every feature of WantHair without signing up or logging in.
Q. Are my photos stored on your servers?
By default, photos for the hair simulation are not stored. They are used only for AI try-on processing and discarded immediately after processing.
However, only if you separately agree to storage for error checks, we keep the original captured photos and generated results in WantHair's private storage for 14 days and then delete them automatically. They are used only to find the cause when a report like "the result looks wrong" comes in, never for AI training, and you can use every feature without agreeing. You can check this consent and turn it off anytime in the App under Profile → Privacy & AI.
Photos and reports sent for the Hair Consulting Report (available in Korea only) are handled differently. So that you can view the report again, they are kept in WantHair's private storage for the report viewing period (365 days) and then deleted automatically, and we ask for your separate consent to this on the application screen.
Generated results are also saved on your device.
Q. How do I delete saved results?
You can delete saved results yourself anytime in Profile → Saved results. Photos you saved to your album are deleted in your device's Photos app.
Q. What are "scissors"?
Scissors are the in-app currency used for AI try-ons. We give you some for free when you first start, and you can see how many you have left at the top right of the Try On screen. If you run short, you can get more through in-app purchases. They can't be used outside the App and can't be refunded for cash.
Q. Will I see a lot of ads?
There are no ads in the current version. There are also no banner or full-screen ads that pop up on their own while you use the App.
Q. My purchased scissors or report disappeared.
