WantHair (원헤어; the "App") values your personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법) and other related laws. This policy explains how photos, usage analytics, ad performance measurement data, in-app purchase and ad reward data, and app ratings and feedback are processed.

1. Information We Process

• The front face photo (and optional side photo) that you take or select from your photo library
• Hairstyle reference images that you select or upload
• The App's local privacy consent record (noticeVersion, grantedAt) — not sent to the server together with any account or photo
• An app-specific device identifier and an internal service identifier that stands in for it, plus each device's balance of "scissors" (the in-app currency used for AI try-ons) and its grant and usage history
• (Only if you give optional consent) Original captured photos (front and side) and generated results, kept for 14 days to check errors
• (If you apply for the Personal Hair Recommendation (available in Korea only) and give separate consent) Front and side face photos, front and side photos for try-ons that you optionally upload, and the AI report created from them (report text and 21 try-on images)
• In-app purchase records (product identifier, transaction identifier, purchase and refund times) — neither the App nor WantHair's servers receive your payment method information or card number
• Reward records for watching rewarded ads (ad transaction identifier, time granted)
• App usage analytics (non-identifying events such as screen views, feature use, and error types)
• Your device's language (Korean or English) and country — a country code read from your device's language and region settings and (on Android) the country of your SIM and connected mobile network; GPS and location permission are not used
• Diagnostic information when the App crashes (where the error occurred, device model, OS version, etc.)
• Advertising identifiers for measuring ad performance (iOS IDFA, Android Advertising ID — where available, depending on your device and operating system settings)
• Meta app events (app activation and install, first hair simulation completed, payment amount and currency of in-app purchases), app and device information, and IP address
• (Only if you signed up for pre-registration) The email address for receiving the launch notice, and the time you signed up
• (Only if you leave a rating) Your app rating (1–5) and any feedback you choose to write; the time, app version, and operating system when you left the rating; and how many times and when you dismissed the rating prompt

We do not collect account or login information, your name, or precise location information such as GPS. However, approximate location at the country level (country code) is processed as described in "About your device's language and country" below. The only contact information we receive is your email address if you signed up for pre-registration. However, the Meta SDK may process the advertising identifiers and app events above to measure ad performance.
